Versatile Spaces

Morpeth Cricket, Hockey and Tennis Club is set in beautiful grounds in the Longhirst Hall Estate, just outside Morpeth. The venue offers versatile indoor and outdoor space, depending on your event’s requirements. Our indoor area comfortably accommodates 70 guests at a seated event and up to 100 guests for a more informal party-type gathering. For larger events such as weddings or corporate functions, our expansive outdoor space can easily accommodate a marquee of any size.

Outdoor Fun and Tranquil Spaces

Sometimes your guests might just need a quiet moment away from the celebrations. Or, your very young guests might need a quiet space to rest or sleep. We’ve got you covered as our recently renovated Retreat offers a lovely tranquil space for some time out. The Retreat is located in the main Clubhouse, just offset from the main event space.

The Retreat also works brilliantly as an intimate meeting space or crafting area and can comfortably accommodate ten people.

Professional Kitchen and Catering Options

Whether you wish to self-cater your event or invite external caterers to do all the hard work for you, our professionally catered kitchen is at your disposal. We have strong links with local caterers and street food vans and can work with you to find the best food options to suit your event.

Dance Floor and Fully Licensed Bar

Elevate your event by hiring a band or DJ to help light up our spacious dance floor! Enjoy a wide range of beers, wines, cocktails and spirits from our fully licensed bar to fuel your guests throughout your event.

Convenient Parking and Accessibility

With 70 parking spaces, there is more than ample parking for your guests’ convenience. Our venue is thoughtfully designed on one level, offering easy access for everyone, including wheelchair users. The easy access to the Clubhouse allows for direct drop-offs at the front door.
